By accessing or using the Homly Stays website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Services

Homly Stays provides an online platform for discovering and booking accommodation listed by independent hosts. Bookings are confirmed on payment of a booking token; the remaining amount is payable directly at the property unless stated otherwise.

2. User responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
• You agree to provide accurate personal and contact information.
• You agree to follow the house rules of the property you book.

3. Payments

All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Homly Stays does not store your card, UPI or banking details. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Limitation of liability

Homly Stays is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the platform or from a stay at a listed property, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City], India.
