Homly Stays provides accommodation booking services only. No physical goods are shipped.

Service delivery

Once your payment is successful, a booking confirmation is sent instantly to your registered email address and phone number. The service is delivered when you check in at the booked property on your selected dates.

Issues with confirmation

If you do not receive your booking confirmation within 30 minutes of a successful payment, please contact us with your payment ID.
